Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT IS A PUBLIC ADJUSTER?

A Public Adjuster is an insurance professional who works for you, not the insurance company, handling the entire claim so you can get back to what matters to you the most and receive the maximum possible settlement for your property damages.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY INSURANCE SETTLEMENT. IS IT TO LATE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?

If your damages are properly documented, we can reopen the claim and seek compensation for additional damages.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We receive no payment until the insurance company pays out what was agreed upon. We then bill 10% of the total compensation.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

We can have the claim settled in as little as 28 days in some cases!

IF I HAVE ALREADY STARTED THE CLAIM PROCESS, CAN YOU STILL HANDLE THE REMAINING STEPS?

Absolutely, we can help you no matter the current status of the claim.

CAN MY CONTRACTOR NEGOTIATE MY CLAIM?

No, the only people allowed to settle a claim are the policy holder, an attorney, or a Public Adjuster.

MY INSURANCE COMPANY DENIED MY CLAIM, SAYING THAT THE DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED. CAN I STILL CONTACT A PUBLIC ADJUSTER?

Absolutely! We can still review their decision and policy, however, it's best to meet with a Public Adjuster at the beginning of the process.
