My experience using Counterclaim Public Adjusters was outstanding! Dealing with an insurance claim is not easy. That's why you need someone on your side to represent you and guide you through the entire (complex) process. CC PA explained everything along the entire process. I would have never received the compensation, had I tried doing it on my own to save money on fees. It is not a SCAM, they are worth every dollar spent.

Thank you so much to Stephanie and this company for everything they have done to help me in my time of need. I was in a stressful situation where are my roof was leaking and needed to be repaired. As any person would do, I made an insurance claim. My insurance company sent a 3rd party inspector due to Covid who spent 30 minutes inspecting my roof. The next day they sent me a letter saying that my roof would not be covered by my insurance because the damages were "just wear and tear." I contacted Stephanie and she helped me going far and above. This company sent there own insurance adjuster who was so friendly and took his time (2 hours) inspecting my roof for damages. After negotiation with the insurance company to say the least, I am happy to say I am now getting the much needed money from the insurance company in order to replace my roof. I am so grateful for this company and all they have done for me in this uncertain and stressful time in need.
